2.Production centre
High specification: Our company has imported vacuum mulser, purified water machine (purification can be up to 5 tons per hour), built 100000 class purification workshop and 12 production lines which meets different capacity requirements of the cosmetics, skin care products, finished or semi-finished products.
High quality: The company has passed the authentication of ISO9001 and ISO22716 (GMPC) system. 95% of raw materials are imported and approved by qualified party.
High production capacity: Multiple production lines are running simultaneously, with daily production of more than 30 tons of semi-finished products, at least 200,000 single-branch and 300000 partial films.
3.Being professional and rigorous, the whole process is safe
Raw material screening: All raw materials are tested by chromatograph and microbiological assay to ensure the quality and safety of raw materials.
Safety test: All formulations and materials are qualified with the safety, stability, sensory equipments.
Process monitoring: Strictly follow the SOP standard, during the production process. All the procedures such as inspection, sampling, and other procedures are strictly monitored.
The inspection record: The products provide the official inspection service of the quality inspection center of China which are passed by the official certification and have the certificates.
